We audit over 500 critical service points every day providing a real-time measurement of our service quality against agreed benchmarks with our clients.

Any critical service points that do not meet the agreed standard are automatically flagged for the appropriate corrective action to be taken. The real value of Maximiser, however, is that it gives us the ability to consistently measure our service output standards over time.

With this data we can accurately analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvements by drilling-down into the data to isolate root causes and, therefore, implement effective changes to the core elements of our service provision i.e. people, material and intellectual property.
