Sudhanshu Sehgal

Sudhanshu is the Chief HR Officer and a founding member in the management team at Accuro. He takes responsibility for the delivery of the people strategy and all HR services.

Before joining Accuro, Sudhanshu was the HR Director Middle East at ADNH Compass Middle East LLC, where he worked from 2001 until 2009.

During his tenure at ADNH Compass, he led human resources across UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman. Additionally, he was a part of the Top 200 Compass group plc leadership team. Sudhanshu started his career with the Sheraton hotels where he held various management positions for 9 years.

While his expertise lies within the field of human resources and training and development, he has an in-depth understanding of food hygiene and health and safety in the facility management and catering industry.  He is the Management Representative and Lead Trainer at Accuro for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications; and he held the same position previously at ADNH Compass Middle East.

Sudhanshu holds a Master of Science degree in management from Revans University, UK and a degree in Hotel Management from I.H.M. Delhi. He is an approved HOGAN assessments tests user and a member of the British Psychological Society. Additionally, he holds a diploma in Health and Safety from Chartered Institute of Environmental Health UK and an Advanced Diploma in Food Hygiene from R.I.P.H., U.K.
