Accuro has successfully mobilised the largest single healthcare support services contract in the UAE, extending the number of hospitals in which critical support services are provided to 9 SEHA hospitals in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. SEHA which translates in to ‘health’ in English is a reformed initiative set in place by the Government of Abu Dhabi and is also recognised as the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company.

In Al Ain, we serve approximately 900 patients 5 times per day, over 3,500 members of staff and thousands of visitors through our 11 Accuro Café and Olive Diner facilities. Our team also manages the extensive recreation facilities at Tawam Hospital while nearly 50 office staff members handle beverage services as well as general office support duties. Commenting on the project, Giles Dale, CEO of Accuro said, “We were required to take over the entire operations and provide breakfast to thousands of patients, staff and visitors within a matter of hours. Not only did we succeed in the delivery of a smooth and faultless transition of services, we were also successfully accredited to JCI standards by a team of international auditors just 2 weeks after taking over the operations. This was all achievable due to extensive planning and an extremely experienced mobilisation team headed by Accuro’s COO, Noor Hamed.”
